Give Back Program
St. Jacob’s Lutheran Church currently uses Shrewsbury Plumbing & Heating (SPH) for our plumbing services.
SPH is offering a new Community Give-Back Program which will help to support local churches and nonprofit organizations.
Services they provide are HVAC Repair Services, HVAC Installations, Residential Plumbing, Light Commercial Plumbing and Water Treatment.
When you sign up to participate in the Give-Back program, 5% of your eligible service spending is automatically donated to St. Jacob’s Lutheran Church, at no additional cost to you.
To sign up for the program a one-time form needs to be completed prior to scheduling service. This applies to both new and existing customers of SPH who wish to participate.
Please note: There is no need to submit a form each time you schedule a service.
A custom link will be added to the church website or go to the link below. The link will take you to the SPH website where you can complete the form to enroll in the program.
